After the May social elections, the names of the new members of the Works Council and/or CPBW must be listed in the labor regulations. This adjustment can be made without the normal amendment procedure; it is sufficient to give each employee a copy and send a copy to the competent Social Laws Supervision Inspectorate within 8 days.
