Constellation Cold Logistics has opened a 13,000-pallet cold store in Tønsberg, Norway. Construction was completed earlier this month, and the site is already filling. Tønsberg is Constellation’s third site in Norway. “Its strategic placement along the E18 route links the facility to the capital of Oslo as well as the west coast of the Oslo fjord as far south as Kristiansand. The facility boasts 13,000 pallet spaces of frozen storage capacity, as well as provisions for blast freezing, several value-added services and, for the first time across Constellation Norway, plate freezing and microwave tempering,” the company said.
